Kevia.biz will accept items for exchange or credit within 21 days of purchase. Item must be returned in new and resalable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a response by email explaining any credit that is due. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on Order History
3. Select Order you would like to return
4. Click on "Create Return" and follow instructions to obtain a return authorization.
Please include a copy of your Return Authorization request inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items.
For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Kevia, LLC. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit that are being sent to our office.
Kevia.biz offers shipping via FedEx. Please note that FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. There is no minimum for purchases being sent to the US & Canada. Orders shipped internationally require a minimum purchase of $200 USD. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information. The default shipping service is ground, most jewelry orders cost between $8- $15 per package.
Please note that Two Day and Overnight Delivery refer only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for ship within five days of ordering, some orders may take additional time. FedEx only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.
We will repair any design purchased through Kevia.biz. Repairs needed as a result of normal wear will be free of charge for up to 3 months from date of purchase. For items requiring repair after the 3 month purchase period, please call or email our office for a repair quote. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. Please log into your account and complete the Return Authorization form.

To return an item for repair, please follow these simple steps:

2. Pack your item securely.

Items that can be repaired in our office will be returned within fifteen business days. If an item needs to be replaced and is in stock, it will ship within ten business days. Items that need to be replaced and must be made will take five to six weeks to be returned.
We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment of our operations. From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc. via US mail and/or electronically via email. If you would prefer not to receive these promotional items, you may opt out via an online form or by contacting us at email@example.com with "REMOVE" as the subject header.
